Our process

What if my fundraising closed in just 3 months?

1

Online application

Submit your application through our form with a structured pitch deck: problem and solution, founding team, business model, market evidence and traction, barriers to entry, roadmap (regulatory, technology, hiring and financial), competitive landscape and advantages, and fundraising strategy (equity and non-dilutive).

2

Screening & selection

Your application is reviewed by our permanent team, then presented to the business angel committees, with AI tools supporting a faster assessment.

3

Pitch session

Each year, 60 to 80 startups pitch across two monthly sessions, one online and one in person. Format: a 10-minute pitch followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.

4

In-depth due diligence

A full review over 6 to 8 weeks, triggered once soft commitments reach €150K, led by at least three business angels together with an investment manager from the permanent team.

5

Final approval & closing

At the opportunity review, the lead business angels, who will become shareholders, present the due diligence findings and the term sheet, and go through them with the founders. Format: a 25-minute presentation followed by 20 minutes of questions. Hard commitments are then collected, the shareholders' agreement signed, an expert board representative appointed, the SPV set up (in 80% of deals) and the funds transferred to the startup.
